“yuck”

I think the overall management suffers here. The staff we met with did there best...First, we were assigned the wrong room, for a pre-paid room. So, we were charged additional money for the appropriate room after 30 minutes of negotiation with Travelocity. Next, we were given a dirty room full of the previous occupants garbage. Finally, we were shown to a "suite" where the fixtures, cabinets, and counters were falling off the walls. After check out, we realized that we left something in the room. We were already 3 hours away when we called to request the items be kept for our return trip through Dallas. I was given the run around for several days, before I was ultimately informed that, "Housekeeping had found nothing in the room. The next guest must have taken it."This tells me one of two things. Either housekeeping helps themselves to items left behind as a "perk". Or, housekeeping frequently leaves dirty rooms for the next guest, as was our experience in the first room we were given. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.Stay somewhere else.
