“Not bad, but not great”

  , West Jordan
I booked this hotel for three days while staying in Richfield. The hotel was not bad. The service was good, the staff was friendly and the property seemed to be in decent repair but there were a few issues. The first issue we noticed immediately; the air conditioning was really bad. Fortunately it never got hotter than the low 90s since the air did not work well at all. By mid afternoon the room was fairly warm and we had to sleep with the windows open at night to cool things down. Issue 2 was the hot water. We had no problem the first day, but on the second day we noticed that we ran out of hot water pretty quickly. Not fun when you have a head full of shampoo.
