“Dirty hotel”; Nov 13, 2012 Patricia B, Laredo; The original room assigned to my reservation had not been cleaned upon my arrival. The clerk at the front desk only response was that that was room printed on the reservation paper. The second room that was given to me had a dead roach on the floor by the beds. There were also 3 bugs on the bed underneath the covers. I will not be staying here again, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone.
