“Overpriced, Old property”

  , Austin
This is an OLD property & it shows. They cater to the oil industry & so many rooms are blocked for them thus they don't have to work at maintaining any loyalty. They are WAY overpriced for the property. It can be loud at times as the oil field workers come in late with their loud vehicles. The room was not clean--crumbs on the floor, dust, dirt on the bathrm floor, mini fridge soiled. Only positive is that there was plenty of hot scalding water. We would of left but we were there for a funeral & the other possible motel was full (but in all fairness, its an old property too).
