“Adequate, and that's all.”

  , Bossier City
Our stay was for a single night. The accommodations allowed us to sleep, bathe dress and get on with our trip but were uninspiring and almost comfortable. There was a bit of mold on the shower curtains and mattress covers, cigarette burns in the synthetic comforters, flat and limp pillows, a large pool of dried-something stuck to the bottom of the inside of the mini fridge, our desk chair was a metal folding one and the beds were not soft. I must say the staff was very friendly but the breakfast consisted of dry eggs, watery orange juice and some of the cereal selections were empty. All in all I wouldn't say a horrible stay for the money but if I'd paid more than a low rate it would have led to complaints to the management. I also noticed that every time we went down to the desk area there was a man and his dog sitting at the business/convenience computer playing video games who was not a hotel guest but some kind of staff at the hotel. Again everyone was nice and pleasant but we won't be choosing a Days Inn again for our travelling stops.
