“The room needs to be gutted”

  , Sudbury
After traveling 12 hours we arrived at your hotel. The girl at the desk was wonderful and it went downhill afterwards. The tv did not work. The electrical plug did not work. When we got it plugged into another outlet after having to move a binch of furniture....the remote didn't work. We had to manually change the channel each time. The phone line was constantly busy when I tried making a call. After trying for 45 minutes and then calling the desk, we found out that our "long distance" had nBeen turned off. We had large trucks idling outside our room all night. But the worst was the bathroom. It was in a disgusting state. A real nice surprise (and danger!) to step into the tub the next morning for a shower only to find the tub had a split and it was almost impossible to stand up in it. I travel I75 frequently and I know your hotel will not be chosen by me again.
