“Value for money”

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times now during the last 5 years (I am from Europe). This time I had a ground floor non-smoking King bed room, for seven nights.Pros: I like the location in Orange County, directly near freeway 55. I also like that rooms have refrigerator and microwave, because I like to get take-out food (which you can have aplenty at lots of places nearby) and re-heat it if it is too much. I also like to store food and drinks in the fridge. I liked the bed and had good sleep, the hotel was also quiet. Continental breakfast is ok.Cons: The fridge I had in my room had lost a "leg", it tilted towards you when you opened the door and you would have to lift the door up in order to close the door again.... Bathroom interior is also asking for a renovation. The air conditioning was rather noisy (even though it was end of October it was kinda warm at night, so I slept with "low" air conditioning running). There are not too many TV programmes, as many channels seem to be "empty". But when I travel alone I don't really care about these things. I am content with an inexpensive, clean hotel at a good location. When I came back to Europe I found that I had payed less than 50 EUR per night, which is rather inexpensive for Southern California (I had got a better rate because I was staying 7 nights).
