“old and falling apart”

  , Forney
The hotel is very old and it shows. The floor was creaky and slanted. The room reeked of weed, my blinds were half torn down, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom smelled like mildew, the door didn't lock very well, and there was no remote to the TV or buttons on the side to use. The parking is horrible! I had to park way in the back where there were random people milling about so I spent most of the night worried about whether or not my vehicle was going to be there and not broken into in the morning. There were beer cans and boxes strewn all over the ground. The only good thing about this hotel was that the staff was very polite and helpful. Although it took 6 times to find a remote that worked on my tv. I had to keep going back and forth to the office. Had I been able to stay awake long enough to get to somewhere else I would have left the hotel right after I walked into my room.
