“It will do in a bind, but not preferred”

The staff could not care less and they make that clear in every dealing they have with you. The room works, the door locks, the bed is sleep-able, and the bathroom works; but this is far from a nice hotel. I stayed here because it was cheap and close to the stadium and that is about all it had going for it after it was all said and done. The walls were dirty, the comforter had a smoking burns on it, the in room fridge didn't work, the lighting fixtures on the wall did not even sit up upright (they were kind of at an angle even though they were supposed to be vertical), the sink in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall off the wall at any minute. The TV was about 20 years old. One strong point is that their wireless internet was super strong and fast. When I asked if I could change rooms after all the issue I found I was told it would be another $20 a night. Even though they had plenty of rooms available and my room was a terrible. I was told "there is a football game this weekend," so you have to pay extra if you want to be in a different room. I didn't want an upgrade just a clean well kept room; apparently that was too much to ask for.Overall, the hotel just is not nice and the customer service sucked, but if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep in between being out on the streets in Tallahassee it will do. If you can get it for under $100 a night on game weekends, it's pretty good because you couldn't have an easier walk to the stadium.
