“My Horrible Stay Made Worse by Staff”

The fact that the Hotel decided to place us directly over top of the cleaning closet/laundry facility, when virtually every room was empty is mind boggling... What made it even better was the Meth Addict that they employ to clean and do laundry who was out in the parking lot directly underneath us until 3:30am doing his personal rendition of "Stomp" while banging and dancing with a broom. I asked him at Midnight, 2am and 3am if he could please stop and it only lasted a few minutes until he was at it again. In our sleep deprived state the following morning we forgot our digital camera charger and battery plugged into the wall of the room. When we called back later that day the front desk said no one had turned anything into lost and found. When asked if the room had been rented out yet they said no. So we asked them if they would physically go up and look, told them the specific outlet it was plugged into, and were told they would not go up and look in the room because if there was anything there that should have been turned in the Housekeepers would have already turned it in... Both my wife and I called the day after as well to see if a change in Staff would equal a more helpfull experience... Boy were we wrong!!! Not only did we not get any rest during our stay, we are now also faced with buying a new battery and charger for our camera! All because of employees that felt it was too much hassle to go up and look in the room to try and help out a paying customer... Not to even mention the Addict that they employ to keep peolpe up all night with his impromtu broom dacing!
