“The front desk clerks was HORRIBLE. BAD customer service...”

The front desk clerks was HORRIBLE. BAD customer service skills. My sister and I arrived from Miami and was very tired. We was treated poorly, was told to wait for a speech, the manager and her assistance was huffing and puffing when we told them to separate the bills. They told us HBO was in the room and we NEVER saw HBO. I ask if they had free WiFi and I was told by the clerk," we haven't gotten there yet". When you come off an eight hour trip you are exhausted and tired and not in the mood to put up with staff bull. The housekeeping staff was very good. The manager needs more customer service training. I wanted to leave and go elsewhere but I did not because we were so tired. I was there to attend my Nephew's high school graduation. We was never greeted while waiting for them to finish giving another customer a hard time over the phone. I mean it was HORRIBLE. I was SHOCKED to learn that one of the customer service reps was the manager. Besides, they were wearing street clothes instead of a Days Inn uniform like the housekeeping people. Far as I am concern, I could have paid someone off the streets my money to stay at the hotel. They have lots of work to do. Somebody please step in to help them.
