“Dirty and poor management”

I've never stayed in a room that was dirtier. When I arrived, there was a ton of confusion about getting me checked in with my Priceline reservation. The clerk made a small error and there was another family there that was gettin a refund because the rooms were so dirty. Worst part was the manager was on speakerphone with the assistant manager and the clerk in the main lobby and they were talkin about me and the other couple out loud. The manager was extremely unprofessional in all of this. The clerk was very apologetic and I felt he was the one in a customer service level that saved the day with me. When I finally did get to my room there were empty shampoo bottles and used soap bars in the shower, food crumbs all over at the front door, empty soda bottles under the table and long nasty hairs on one of the beds.
