“Great Value!”

I love this hotel and stay there for a week at a time once or twice a month, as i have business in this area. Staff is always great! Hotel is a great value, its not a 5 star, but i don't expect or want that for these trips. I stay there so much, I work around any gliches without complaint because the value is so good. And the staff, Mayur, Victoria, Jessica, especially! VERY competent, nice, i'd like to hire them! Wonderful people! I show this by continuing to stay there, putting my money where my mouth is. Couple of months ago they began offering boiled eggs for breakfast & this was great. I appreciated it because i don't eat the continental items(carbs). This time they also began offering hot sausage,bacon, gravey & biscuits. First day i saw this i was thrilled. Plenty of meat in the pan, i heard nice & positive comments! The next four days however, they had a different guy cooking and literally, he only cooked 5 pcs. of bacon at a time! He had NO business in the kitchen. Each day i was in the breakfast area, he had people very angry. They were waiting for a long time, complaining, leaving/coming back, and still no meat in the pan. I told customers this was new and it might be taking some time for them to get the system down, but people were very angry. Once he did sent out a dozen pcs. of sausage but the first 4 or 5 people immediately took it all(1-3 pcs/peron & its gone!). this is a mistake to offer the product and not supply, because i never heard anyone complain or get angry when there were not offering it. I LIKE them offering it, but i'm leaving this review becasue i think it will hurt their business, and i don't want to see their business hurt because i like these people. They should either have someone else who can cook plenty of food and put out like they did the first day i saw it, or don't offer it. That guy cooking is hurting their business, especially since this will be the last impression of the guest before they leave the hotel! Also, none of these times were at the end of the breakfast either, it was in the middle of their time frame, so there is no excuse except incompetance or the cook was actually trying to hurt the Hotel's reputation on purpose. These guys do such a great job, i don't want to see their business hurt by something so simple. Some were purposefully talking loud enough for the front desk to hear, most were talking to each other more softly because their comments were so nasty! People were mad!
