You are certainly welcome to your opinion and thank you for sharing it with us. However, I fail to see how you were treated rudely when asked two legitimate questions. When you called the desk in the evening to say your room wasn't cleaned for the day all we tried to ascertain was if our staff missed it or if a "Do Not Disturb" sign was put on the door. If our staff ignored your room we would address it immediately to our staff as a training issue. Our Housekeeping Staff had the room listed as a DND and therefore you did not receive the service for that day. When you came up to the desk to ask for 5 bath towels all that was asked were how many people were in your room. This was asked because it is unusual for a guest in a single room, listed with only one guest to ask for so many towels. As a hotel it is our responsibility to keep track of how many guests are in a room. We have a limited amount of towels at the desk in the evening and just wanted to make sure we would have enough towels to give other guests if they wanted some also.It has been my experience that when someone is given information that is not to their liking that the person giving the news is often viewed as rude. That is not our intent. We hope that wherever you stay in the future that you'll have a better experience. « hide

I would like to apologize for the hot tub not working during your stay. We have fixed it and it is now up and running. We do have a key to the treadmill at the front desk to turn the treadmill on. We did have a sign in there advising our guest of the key and I will look to see if it has been taken down and I will replace it. Dear Guest,From the title of your review and after reading it I offer my deepest apologies and ask that you contact me for a resolution to this matter. I will address the heater issue immediately. Please be assured that our hot water is up and working fine. What happened was a switch was inadvertently thrown at approx. 10pm the night before and a boiler was turned off. It was discovered at about 6am and was turned back on. It took 90 minutes for the boiler to heat up.I will have our housekeeping department check all coffee makers in every room. Starting the day with no coffee is not the way to begin your day. This is the first I have heard of thin walls, we did have 3 high school groups stay with us that evening, that may have added to the noise, but usually we have very little complaints regarding noise from other rooms.Best wishes, « hide
