“Need new wall outlets”; Oct 19, 2012 Amy T, Boulder City; Everything was as expected for this type of hotel, but the room we were in needs to replace the wall outlets because they are too loose to hold a plug any longer. The outlet for the tv/cable was so loose that I had to prop a paper cup on top of the trash can to hold the power plug in so we could watch TV. I've installed these outlets myself in my own home, and it's a ten-minute job, and the part only costs a couple bucks. I've seen this same problem in other hotels. Why they don't simply replace the outlets is beyond me. ON the plus side, we thought the complimentary breakfast was very nice, and the breakfast area was clean and had good hours of operation.
