“Noise and incorrect reservation”

  , Littleton
I had made a reservation for a king bed room suite, and when we arrived we were given a small double bed room. We decided to just deal with the smaller bed. When we got back to our room around 6:00 PM, the couple in the room directly next to us were screaming at each other. There was incredible amounts of profanity, and it was very obvious that they had had far to much to drink. We hoped that they would wear themselves out and stop yelling. Over an hour pasted by with no resolution. As I was reaching my breaking moment, we saw the police arrive, and assumed it was for the fighting in the next room. Even if they were there to warn them, the fighting went on until well past 2 AM. This was one of the worst nights of sleep I have had in a long time at a hotel. I understand that there is only so much a management team can do to control the noise level of the occupants, but I feel like once the police are brought in, and the level of intoxication is obvious, they should be asked to leave.
