“Terrible Customer Service!!”

First off this is the hotel near the airport... which might make you think the staff would be aware that catching flights is very important to their customers. Well I guess nobody got the memo here. I called the front desk when I got to my room to double check shuttle times they set up a shuttle for me for 5am and offered to do a wake up call so I asked for 4:15 am. That wake up call never happened and neither did the shuttle. In the morning as I thought I had nearly missed my shuttle because I had no wake up call I went to the front desk to see if indeed a shuttle would be there. What I received in return is doubtfulness that I had ever set up either bordering on quite rude. I did make my plane... only because I try to give myself tons of time and not depend on staff of hotels. Other than that they don't seem to do any upkeep on the hotel itself bath tub was gross as well as bedspread. All the signage and sidewalks hallways etc were in disrepair. I don't have huge expectations for a cheap hotel but customer service is important to me if it is to you then avoid this place.
