“I will not stay here again.”

I used Wyndham Rewards points to book this reservation. When we arrived we were given a room different from our reservation (we reserved a king bed, and receive two doubles). When we went back to the front desk, we were told that was the only room available in the hotel. What good is a reservation then, AND why was I able to reserve a different room? I was told to call Wyndham, but they were closed for the day.The room did not smell pleasant either. When we went to check out, I stood at the front desk for five minutes and a staff member never came. I went back to the room, called the front desk and the phone was answered right away. I was told to come back to the front desk to get my receipt. I could the conversations of the people in the room next to us (I don't think they were speaking loudly), and I could hear every time the people above us took a step.
