“Great, quiet stay”

  , Morrisville
We stayed during the week on off-season, and I think there were only about 8 other guests in the hotel. It was lovely, nice and quiet, our room looked out on the beach, pretty much everything we wanted. When we first arrived, the room we were assigned had a broken security lock (looked like somebody had tried to open the door while it was latched). We went back down to the front desk to ask for a new room, got our stuff out of the car, and on the way back up to our new room, saw a maintenance guy fixing that lock. So the staff was very attentive and professional.Breakfast was plentiful and fairly varied. We fed ourselves and our 2-year-old a healthy breakfast with no problem. The dining room is lovely -- looks out over the beach. The reason I rated the rooms a 3 was that I noticed there is a wide discrepancy between the quality of room furnishings. For example, our room with 2 double beds did not have a table (which was a challenge), but other rooms did. The quality of bedclothes was also different between our room and some of the king rooms. I don't know if they're in the process of upgrading everything, or if it's just a perk of getting a king room (at the same price), but it's a noticeable difference. We will definitely stay here again.
