“very disappointed”

- We needed a room with 2 queen beds. We went to bed after midnight. I pulled the covers back , there were mice turds between the sheets. There was dark hair on the pillows,and appeared that they had not been washed. We were told there was not another room available with 2 queen beds.We said we would take another room with 2 fulls and were told it was another day since we checked at 10:30 . We were given clean sheets to change the bed ourselves. When I made the bed and lifted the matress, there were more mouse turds between the mattress and box springs. We were told that in the winter, that room is not rented much. We asked for a discount, and got ONLY a $31 return. VERY disappointed and dissatisfied. Never again will we stay at this hotel.
