“Very Disappointed”

As a es employee of the days inn brand and a current employee of ramada i was very very disappointed in this property. i never had such a horrible experience staying in a hotel. i checked in arount 3pm i was given a room on the second floor which was a pain due to haveing to lug my bags up the stairs to the second floor with a messed up back. then around 3:30pm or so i called the front desk and asked for extra towels and an extra pillow because being in the hotel business i know that the housekeeping usually leave around 5 or so at most small property when i talked to the front desk they told me thats not possible they could not bring me anything i asked if i can come get it they told me no that they dont have any maids. being in the business i was really upset especial knowing that their were 2 people at the front desk and i even offered to come get them after waiting like 45 min kinda in shock i walked down to the front desk asked for towels they still told me no i complained to them finally the rude lady gave me 3 towel still no pillow she says i will try to get ahold of a maintenance guy to bring u a pillow in 20 min i went back to the room and waited while waiting i found the shower dirty and the shower head had black stuff all over it. there was no bags in the trash cans the carpet made my socks black and the chairs for the table i wouldnt even touch they had so many stains and looked super dirty. the bed wasnt confy their was no bed skirt so u could see the nasty blue dirty box spring i was so disappointed and disgusted with this hotel i will never be staying there again and its kinda sad for the only wyndham property in the antelope valley which would have recieve lots of business had it have been up to standards because i go to palmdale atleast 2 times a month. when the maintenance guy finally brought me the pillow i had to have him change the shower head cuz i was affraid of what was all over the one that was in the room. i was very dissapponted i will be contacting corporate in reguards to my stay. Even at my property when a guest wants a towel or a blanket u go give it to them no matter what even if your the only one at the property. I was in shock because there was 2 people and they still couldnt give me what i request which is a basic easy request. the room was very old and outdated this property needs lots of updateing. very sad
