Since this review, we have spoken to the guest for additional details regarding their concerns and encouraged them to contact the front desk/management immediately if there are issues in the future so they can be resolved quickly. In this case the guest stayed for three days and advised of the situation at check out. The toilet was checked for leaks and none were found after several attempts of flushing and housekeeping has been made aware to ensure rooms are wiped/cleaned thoroughly. Customer service and satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate the feedback from our guests. « hide

We have tried reaching out to this guest for additional information, however, have not received a response. Additional training for our housekeeping team was completed early November. Customer service is one of the main focuses of the employees, management and ownership of the company. We have reminded our employees how important our guests are to us and our purpose here is to help them with accommodations to the best of our ability.
