This was not my first stay and will not be my last. Although, I was a bit disappointed in the attitude of the cleaning staff. I do realize the cleaning staff would like to get their work completed and leave, but we are the guests and pay to relax. My children had not yet risen and the cleaning staff wanted to service the room. They reluctantly agreed to return at a later time trying to dismiss providing any service that day. When I asked for an additional bath towel, (there were only 3 with 4 in the room), they said I would have to go to the front desk as they did not have any for me. (But they're servicing rooms providing fresh towels, right?) With their expression of discontent about not being able to service the room, I assumed we must be the last room to complete. This was not the case. Upon walking to the front desk for the extra towel, they were still cleaning rooms. When we did leave the room available for service, they were still cleaning other rooms. In addition, I arrived for breakfast at 8:55 AM with it closing at 9:30 AM. You would have thought breakfast was over before I got there. Whatever was under the warmer was gone and not to be replenished. I squeezed enough batter for the last waffle, not to be replenished. I was going to get some orange juice, but the pitcher was removed before I had a chance. Everything was cleared out before 9:30 AM, so the man that showed up at 9:25 AM couldn't get anything but coffee. If breakfast is to be served until 9:30 AM, then what I would expect is availability of most items up to that point. As I said in my opening statement, I have stayed here before with no issues and this particular stay, at this time, will not discourage me from staying again.
