“Nice hotel...not so nice staff”

The actual hotel was very pleasant, clean and great location. However, the staff was not very accommodating. Had no problems with check in or with the actual room. The only problem we had was that the hotel itinerary in our room had the breakfast hours posted "from 6am until 10am" so we walked down to breakfast at 9am. By then, everything was gone and the few items that were left were all taken to the back by the lady who was working that morning. We asked what was going on and she said breakfast ended at 9 and we told her our hotel itinerary said 10. She argued this with us and insisted that we were wrong so we went and got the itinerary from our room and showed her. She simply said "oh, well you must have an old one that never got changed." After we showed that we had just missed breakfast by a mistake of the hotel, she didn't offer us anything from the back that she had just removed from the buffet or any other type of compensation on the hotels part for their mistake. But she did have to nerve to give us a new itinerary for the new breakfast hours on it and ask us to place in back in our room. We had planned our morning and the rest of our days plan around having breakfast at the hotel so it really threw off the rest of our day to have to go out of our way somewhere else for breakfast. The hotel itself was great, the staff however, will keep me from staying again.
