“Room not prepared”; Dec 27, 2012 Toren B, Portland; We booked the room for 4 people; 2 queen beds. We barely had enough towels for 2 let alone 4. We asked to have more sent up and they never came. The smoke alarm kept chirping and the guy did come up to replace the batteries. He either couldn't find new batteries or something else but he ended up replacing the alarm with one from another room. However, upon testing, that one did not work at all. Having a husband that we all call Mr Safety, this did not go over well. Also the TV and phone did not work, although he did get the phone working.
