“Customer Service is horrible and make mistakes”

Reserved a room online with my mothers credit card. When we arrived, we had to show ID to confirm. We used my credit card and asked them to charge the credit card that we reserved the room with online and not ours. They said "NO Problem". Well they ended up charging mine, which caused issues on my end. When we caught it 2 days later, we called to have it switched. She proceeded to tell us how it was our fault and that the staff would of never told us that. So when you reserve online they don't charge that account, it is only to reserve the room and you must have the card with you that needs to be charged. That's fine, but when you specifically ask them not to charge this card and I want the card charged that we reserved online with, at that point they should have explained that they can't do that or need authorization from that person to charge their card. They did not. They did say "no problem" we can do that. They just went ahead and charged ours. Very poor customer service. Employees need more training in their customer service. Never made it better. Got tired of hearing how we were totally in the wrong.
