An individual will call and request credit card details or other personal information pretending that the systems are down and all information was lost.We do not EVER advise anyone to give their personal information over the phone, and our staff would not ever call your room to request it. Greetings. Thank you for your honest opinion. The vast majority of beds have been changed in the past year with the remaining to be completed before this summer.
