“This hotel was very close to my son's apartment. My stay...”

- This hotel was very close to my son's apartment. My stay was very short, the hotel was very nice. At check in I was not given the password for wifi, when I called the desk I was asked why I didn't get this info at check in. Some hotels keep this info in the rooms. I didn't know I needed it and thought the questioning a bit odd.
