“Room Change Required”; Jan 30, 2013 Debra T, Salem; The heater was not working in the first room. We were told it would take 30 minutes. We left for a 45 minute walk and it still had not warmed up. They gave us a different room that had a heater that worked. Both rooms looked like they had not been vacuumed. The second room did not have wash cloths, soap or shampoo.
