“Not responsive and uncleaned”

- I enjoyed the room (size, beds etc). I was unhappy as my room wasnt cleaned the last day we were there. We asked the cleaning person to return in 15-20 minutes as we were going out and she didn't. Also I asked for a wake up call which I didnt receive. This was critical as we had a military man who needed to be back on base for work that morning. I mentioned these two things upon discharge and asked for a call from the supervisor. I was promised one in one hour. I called again today (4 days later) and asked for a call from the supervisor. At the time of this I havnt gotten a call yet.
