“NOT HAPPY”

We asked for a room close to the pool so our special needs child didn't have to walk far. We not only were put on the 2nd floor, but the LAST room at the end of the hall. LONG walk for her, and the stomping up the stairs all night long was awful. The room key card was VERY touchy and didn't work well. When we checked in I wanted to pay, because we were paying CASH, but the gal at the desk said you pay when you check out. OK ... so we return the key cards and the guy say ok thanks. I asked if he wanted me to pay, and he told me they already charged the room to my credit card!! He said he could reverse the charges and did so, then tells me it will be 2 or more days before the money is reversed!! That really didn't fit into our budget and put us in a bind. NOT HAPPY and will NOT stay there again!
