“Mostly satisfied”

  , Vancouver
My stay was rendered less than satisfactory only because of late arriving guests above me who were veryb loud, sounded like a football game going on in the room over head with the walls rattling and such loud thumps on the floor that it woke me and I couldn't return to sleep until they were settled at 3 AM. Their car was parked outside my room and they kept setting off the alarm and stomping down the hallway to shut it off. The staff when I spoke with them about it at check out were very apologetic and said I should have called teh front desk they would have gone to the room and requested quiet. My suggestion was may be a few well placed signs to remind people to be quiet and courteous of others staying. possibly something like the signs in hospital......shhhhh people sleeping.
