“My family was to stay for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday...”

- My family was to stay for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. The first night was interrupted by loud and crazy people shouting and awful traffic noise. Sleepless night, paper-thin walls. I was up at 3:15am complaining to the front desk. The one issue of loud neighbors was resolved only to wake at 6:30am to children running and screaming throughout the hallways. I stated my situation to the helpless front dest attendant on Saturday morning and was so very pleased with the accomodations that were made to make our second night restful. I was satisfied with the outcome and had a better night's sleep on Saturday. I know that the type of patron served at your hotel is out of your control, but is very difficult to believe we'd ever come back.
