Some of the mattresses through out the hotel are a little on the "firm side" and we are currently in the process of replacing many of them. Next time you visit our hotel, you'll have to request one of the new rooms as we are also replacing the carpet and changing some of the room styles. « hide

Some of our mattresses are much firmer than others and we are in the process of replacing many through out the hotel, next time you visit our area perhaps you can stay in one of our updated rooms. As far as the noise, this does tend to happen once in awhile here in Hurley, especially depending on events that are going on in the area. We do have sections of the hotel that would be quieter so you could have a more restful night. Hopefully we can accommodate you better on your next stay. « hide

Although the reason you had to "come home" was for a funeral, we are pleased you chose the Awards Winning Days Inn of Hurley and enjoyed your stay while you were here. We truly strive to go above and beyond to be as accomodating and friendly as we can. The pool/whirlpool/sauna is maintained daily and we are known for having one of the most clean and nicest facilities in the area. So very sorry to hear about your uninvited guest, but I can assure you it has been taken care of. If something like that should ever happen again, please notify the front desk or management so it can be addressed immediately. Our staff here at the Days Inn of Hurley is extremely friendly and accomodating, truly enjoy our guests and hope to make their stay enjoyable and fun. Access to the snowmobile trail is on the property, making it a great place to stay for our winter sports enthusiasts. Should you stay with us again, I'll make sure "Charlotte" does not make an appearance. « hide
