Thank you for taking the time out of your day to respond to the survey. Our staff does a wonderful job at cleaning and maintaining the hotel, anything less is unacceptable. The wedding group did have only about a dozen rooms in the hotel. A reservation was found for the mother of the bride, unfortunately, it was not at this hotel. I felt there was no reason to point this out to the guest. We are very sorry that the room type that she was given was unacceptable to her. At the time of check in we understood that she may not like the drive-up room that she was given, it was then suggested, if she would like, that she could go to the Best Western with no cancellation penalty. We are very sorry your stay was anything less then perfect. When you book your room online over a third party website they may not send the correct information to the hotel. It is always better to call the hotel or go straight to the brand website. The suite that was selected did not accomadate the amount of people you had in your group. Each room has a max. amount of people that can stay in a room. The room that you were moved to had two queen beds and six pillows standard in a room. I think your group in this case would have been better with two rooms. I am sorry but six adults in a room is a couple too many. Don « hide
