“Ski Trip With Friends”

- We've been staying at the Days Inn for our annual ski trip for years. However, this year was disappointing. No towels were in many of the rooms when we checked in and none the next day either. Room service did not get done at all for many rooms. Hot tub and pool were freezing - couldn't enjoy them at all after skiing. Temp in pool area was 65 degrees. Not good in January. Front desk employees were great to us, but the room service and hot tub/pool area temperature very poor. Pool and hot tub had issues last year as well. Our friends want us to look for a different place to stay next year.
