“The hot tub, the pump was not on full, the temp was 120F...”; Feb 20, 2013 Thomas C, Harvard; The hot tub, the pump was not on full, the temp was 120F+ every morning. the room, the bath tub drain was plugged with visable hair. This was reported to the front desk on Saturday morning. The toilet, sink, and mirror was dirty, No towels in the room.
