“Badd follow up and Customer Service from Management”

My recent stay was for one night *Thursday) and when I returned home to Riverton, found I left a suit top, slacks, and shirt. I called Friday evening to inquire if these items were turned in by housekeeping, received uninformed information as to who would know ... housekeeping (Anita) was unresponsive. I made a total of 4 calls to the property, and never received a return call as to whether the items were located or not. My last call to the property, I spoke with the Assistant Manager who promised to contact me one way or another. I have not been contacted once. My experience with other Day's Inn properties and various locations in California, Utah and Washington have always been pleasant ones. When I travel to Casper, my preferences are to stay at either the Ramada or Day;s Inn. Due to the poor and unresponsiveness, I will no longer stay at the Day's Inn. I also add an issue with the coffee maker and temperature that evening. If someone asks my opinion about this property when they travel to Casper, I will share my experience.
